With 46,700 clubs and 1.4 million members across 210 countries, Lions Clubs is the world’s largest service club organization with a mission to empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding. To encourage community service and drive the youth towards a change movement, the Lions Clubs was keen to run social media campaigns, alongside their ground activities to help provide recognition and appreciation towards members who inspire others.
For the purpose of encouraging the social activities of the club, PBC had recognized key areas which needed to be recognized. Appealing to all Lions members across India to share their activities, missions and achievements with us, these were presented on all the social media profiles, while also receiving mention on the website.
Social campaigns including, ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan’ and ‘It’s Our Responsibility’, managed to engage the audience, while inciting in them the need to respect their nation and motivate others to support the lesser privileged.
PBC was also able to target a younger population, with youth-centric content to educate the population of the need to imbibe an inclination towards ‘doing good’ from a young age by encouraging discussions, participation and volunteering.
