Aspiring chefs and food lovers from various parts of India showcase their culinary skills in front of esteemed judges to win the title and grand prize money. The team was keen on developing an application as a brand activation to further engage the target, after the screening of the show.
Masterchef has become a household name for its experimental recipes, celebrity chefs and engaging content. Extending their brand image among the target, PBC developed a mobile application with multiple services to bring the content right to the customer.
From a live chat option, to the ability to make votes for your favourite chef, to sharing and experimenting with recipes shared by the chefs, the app had multiple features, which were very handy in bringing the user's back and keeping them occupied and active within the app. The design brought out the feel synonymous with the brand we are used to relate to on the web, television and elsewhere.
